Treat your friends to some tasty chocolate stirrers from salted caramel to candy surprise and rocky road flavoured treats IF you're having trouble finding the perfect gift this Christmas or money is too tight this festive season try and gift some of our recipes to your loved ones. These are perfect for family, friends, colleagues and even the one you hope to find under the mistletoe Method: Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring at intervals. If using a filling, add a small blob into the centre of a tablespoon. Fill the spoon with melted chocolate to an even level, then carefully wipe the underneath clean and lay flat on a tray lined with parchment paper. Prop up if you think the chocolate will spill. Leave to cool slightly.
