6-year-old boy’s scathing letter to Santa

by Super User
IT'S coming up to Christmas and many children are already writing their letters to Santa, but for one boy, this wasn't as exciting a prospect as you may think. Instead of listing his favourite toys or what he wanted as a gift, this child took the time to write to Santa about his "emty" life - and it's as ridiculous as it sounds. US radio journlist Sarah McCammon tweeted that her six year old son had written a letter to Santa as part of a class project. As the letter explains, the disgruntled child began by saying he was "only doing this for the class". Calling Santa out on his empty lists of both naughty and nice children, the boy then went on to add one bitter attack on Santa, calling his life empty. The boy wrote: "I know your notty list is emty. And your good list is emty. and your life is emty."

In an additional twist of fate, the child then brings in his own problems to the list, by adding "You don't know the trouble I've had in my life." And finally, not wanting to disclose his own name, the boy simply said he wasn't telling it. But his letter has amassed a legion of fans - with more than 4,000 people retweeting it in the first 12 hours. Oh, and the troubles in his life? According to his Mum, it's his brother.
