With just 244 days until Christmas Day, Santa Claus pushed the big red start button at a London star studded event last night. The event to launch Christmas 2018 was held at the Crown Hotel in Chertsey, just off junction 11 of the M25 and was the first Christmas party of the Season and to the shopping madness that is the run up to Christmas 2018.

Invited guests were treated to a range of fine dining nibbles at the buffet, including Mince Pies, Turkey and Cranberry sandwiches and Pigs in Blankets. The Guests represented various Charity's Santa Claus supports and local dignitary's.



The mayor of Chertsey was in attendance at the event and Praised Santa Claus for all his work with Children. Chertsey Mayor said 'Its great to see Santa Claus in Chertsey at the Crown hotel launching Christmas 2018. We are privileged that he choose Chertsey for this party'

Manager of the Crown Hotel Judith Charmers said 'Its been great having Santa Claus here and working together to Organise this party. We hopefully look forward to welcoming him back again next year.
